Future Sounds Better
Future Sounds Better (FSB) is a Music Innovation Hub programme providing consultancy, design and management services for projects and formats dedicated to music technology development.
We support innovative music startups through European accelerator programmes and strategic partnerships.
We organize outreach, community building, networking, capacity building and professional training in the music business.
FSB Meetup w/ HiFi & DeFi
In collaboration with the HiFi & DeFi podcast, Music Innovation Hub organizes “FSB Meetup w/ HiFi & DeFi“: a series of monthly meetings to keep up with all the latest news from the music industry, featuring special guests and innovative new organizations and initiatives.
The season includes 5 meetups spread throughout the first semester of 2022, with topics such as Web3, Blockchain, Metaverse and DAO up for discussion. (the realization of these meetings) FSB Meetup w/ HiFi & DeFi pursues a twofold objective: the dissemination of innovative projects within the music industry and the building of the first Italian music-tech community.
HiFi & DeFi is a newsletter founded by Oliver Dawson, who has been working in the Italian music business for 20 years, covering a variety of roles ranging from publishing to communication. The newsletter provides a weekly collection of links, ideas, articles, and tweets related to the world of blockchain and the web3, offering the tools you need to navigate a world that is as exciting as it is difficult to read.
HiFi & DeFi is also a podcast, produced in collaboration with Matteo Tambussi of the Ethereum Foundation, which has hosted developers, artists and some of the most interesting Italian Web3 projects over the course of 8 episodes.
